who wants to mod a group? /v\

so recently some of my close friends and I have been thinking of creating a group, and it's still in planing but there are spots open for a grand leader, and several leader positions. I was just wondering if anyone was interested, although there are some requirements to think about when wanting to join
 
for the second grand host you would need to be very very dedicated to the group and would really be able to work with other people well, thinking in a team mentality and not a self mentality. There is also creativity involved as well, assisting in making this group as fun for the other members as possible with the story. It is a very hard job, and added onto that the second grand host will not be a visible character, but a shadow figure for one side. A symbol for the members to follow and take orders from, and also make S rank missions members will compete in to fight for their ideas on obtaining a better life. But this does not mean that you cant have one of the smaller leading positions as well, you'd control two spots as once so you don't miss out on any of the fun.

the other leading mod characters will have special tasks of their own, Making A, B and E level missions while intimidating rp-able characters of their own. These characters will lead certain sections on either side and will also function as messengers for either side's grand leader. These characters also have gathered personal past experiences with either of the two leaders that have shaped their loyalty, its a very passionate job.

everything is still under construction, but I will tell you the theme of the group as of right now:

This a futuristic style city with an underground slum, there are two ideas of this city with three different sections of the map. The section of the slums contains the people who believe the key to a better life comes through fighting and crushing everything in their path to get to it. These people are under the shadow leader of the black hands. The other group of people in the middle ground closest to the future city, but not touching, they believe that knowledge, order and hard work is the key to achieving a better life. These people are run by the white hand. These two groups fight against the other groups ideas on how to live, slowly crushing the other and trying to conform them as they both strive to reach the top ground, the futuristic city where the elitists live in luxury, ignorant to the struggles below them.
